What documents do I need to rent a car?
You'll need a valid driver's license, a credit card in your name, and be at least 21 years old. International renters may need an International Driving Permit.
Can I rent without a credit card?
Yes — we accept credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay for both the rental and the refundable security deposit. The deposit is paid separately any time before pickup and refunded after your trip.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Is insurance included?
Insurance is not included in the base rate, but you'll choose an option before payment: use your own auto insurance that covers rental vehicles (you'll upload proof from your trip page after booking), or purchase our optional coverage at checkout.
Can someone else drive the rental car?
Additional drivers can be added during the booking process or at pickup. Each additional driver must meet our rental requirements and present a valid license.
What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns may incur additional charges. We offer a 30-minute grace period. After that, you may be charged for an additional day.
